What is called breast cancer? This is kind of malignant tumor which grows on breast. Malignant tumor itself is a set of cancer cells that get bigger and grow in skin or broaden to areas of body.
It’s a fact that not only women who can get breast cancer, men also have to be alerted of kind of this.

The breast is made up of lobules (used to produce milk in women), ducts (litte cylinder where milk goes from the lobules to the nipple), and stroma (tissue around the lobules and ducts, lymphatic vessels, and blood vessels).

Young people only have little number of breast tissue. But when puberty comes, the ovarioum on girl make female hormones causing breast duct bigger.  In boys, the hormone made by testicle prevent the breast being too much big as in girls.

The number of breast cancer in man is only one percent. Around 2.140 cases are diagnosed in America every year. It can happened in every age, but mostly happened on age sixties or seventies.

Breast cancer happened because radiation exposure, genetic factor, also exposure to female hormones which may occur by medication or obesity. Some bad live style such as drinking and smoking can also worsen the case.

1.  Osteoporosis
After menopause, woman lost her bone masses faster than man. To prevent it, beside exercise and gym, 4-5 glass of milk each day is required.

2.  Depression
According to Dr. Anirudh Kamar, Women has less constant change to estrogen and progesterone hormone and production of serotonin, and that makes easier to be depressed. Meditation and spent more time to enjoy yourself, that will help to reduce the depression.

3.  Heart attack
Women get their first heart attack 10 year slower than man, but tend to get second attack faster. After menopause this bad thing could be worse. Try to spend at least 30 minute a day of exercise for prevention.

4.  Insomnia
Most women has less sleeping hour than man, usually because of their multitasking duty as housewife such as cooking and cleaning. Try to make quality time to sleep by turn off your gadget before sleeping

1.  Variety In Diet

How we eat has very important effect on health. So the main idea of dietary is not merely to decrease or increase weight, but in wider scope, is to control the bad food coming to the body. An extreme diet is not always healthy. Most fruits and vegetables are good to eat. The risk of heart attack and cancer can be reduced by eating healthy food such as fruit and vegetables.

2.  Store The Food Properly


Fresh fruit and vegetables may lost their vitamin and mineral if they’re not stored properly. Keep them on refrigerator and eat them as much as possible, so you don’t have to keep them more than 3 days. 






3.  Try To Avoid Supplements

  
Maybe eating one pill of c vitamin is easier than eating some oranges. But believe me, getting nutrition from the original source is always better.





4.   Eat More Organic


Organic food sometimes more expensive than non organic. But if you get any disease because of it, you’ll see that spending little money is worth enough.
