1.  Variety In Diet

How we eat has very important effect on health. So the main idea of dietary is not merely to decrease or increase weight, but in wider scope, is to control the bad food coming to the body. An extreme diet is not always healthy. Most fruits and vegetables are good to eat. The risk of heart attack and cancer can be reduced by eating healthy food such as fruit and vegetables.

2.  Store The Food Properly


Fresh fruit and vegetables may lost their vitamin and mineral if they’re not stored properly. Keep them on refrigerator and eat them as much as possible, so you don’t have to keep them more than 3 days. 






3.  Try To Avoid Supplements

  
Maybe eating one pill of c vitamin is easier than eating some oranges. But believe me, getting nutrition from the original source is always better.





4.   Eat More Organic


Organic food sometimes more expensive than non organic. But if you get any disease because of it, you’ll see that spending little money is worth enough.
 Organic food is produced in the same way all food produced before 20th century. There’s no chemical or synthetic involved, and the land is still pure. Organic food is not contaminated with radiation or genetic modification.
