4 COMMON HEALTH PROBLEMS ON
WOMEN
Men
and women have different biological structure, that’s why they also have
different health condition. Some diseases tend to be more dangerous for women,
like this one:
1. Osteoporosis
After menopause, woman lost her bone masses faster than man. To prevent
it, beside exercise and gym, 4-5 glass of milk each day is required.
2. Depression
According to Dr. Anirudh Kamar, Women has less constant change to estrogen and progesterone hormone and production of serotonin,
and that makes easier to be depressed. Meditation and spent more time to enjoy
yourself, that will help to reduce the depression.
3. Heart attack
Women get their first heart attack 10 year slower than man, but tend to
get second attack faster. After menopause this bad thing could be worse. Try to
spend at least 30 minute a day of exercise for prevention.
4. Insomnia
Most women has less sleeping hour than man, usually because of their
multitasking duty as housewife such as cooking and cleaning. Try to make
quality time to sleep by turn off your gadget before sleeping
